As a DRA Administrative Assistant, your main role is to provide administrative support through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information, performing DRA admin functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, supports connections across functions, facilitate compliance to regulations and governmental requirements.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
·  Support Management team in DRA in administrative and regulatory activities for Document Submissions (Record, Monitor, Track and Archive in GPRS/hardcopy)
·  Support regulatory submissions timely and high quality in support of the assigned tasks accordance with GxP standards, Roche corporate standards, and the requirements of applicable health authorities and other regulatory agencies.
·  Support on regulatory applications and dossier preparation. Track and Report KPI consistent process implementation across all assigned regulatory submissions management teams and activities.
·  Create and manage the Documents/samples shipment mailing process and documentations through registered couriers.
·  Manage the translation requests with the translation office through registered translation office.
·  Manage the submissions and coordination for Saudi FDA and SECB "Saudi exhibition & convention" approvals for Roche external meeting with SFDA and GHC.

·  Bachelor degree in Business Administration from recognized university, Secretarial/ business or office management certification/qualification is preferred
·  2 to 3 years' experience in similar position
·  Fluency in communication in both languages (English and Arabic)
·  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
