The Global Customer Support (GCS) digital learning department provides online courses, online tests, 3D explorer and videos around products of Roche Diagnostics for customers and Roche employees.

We decided to establish an official global project aiming customer facing Learning Management System and creating blended learning content.

You are the Digital Learning Designer who

·  Designs and develops innovative ideas and visual concepts for digital learning media
·  Develops attractive layouts and didactical sensible digital media (graphics, animations, pictures, videos…)
·  Edits and handles different digital media
·  Develops innovative and creative digital learning media
·  Contributes to the continuous improvement of the process design for digital learning media creation.

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

·  Proven experience in the area of digital learning media: processes, content creation, localization, didactic, tools, Learning Management Systems
·  Proven knowledge and experience in HTML5, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Edge Animate
·  Very good spoken and written command of English
·  Ability to communicate in an international environment and to convince people
·  High interest in the digital learning topic in general

The role location is open to Rotkreuz, Switzerland, and Sant Cugat (Barcelona area), Spain.
