The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Team.

About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
About the position:
The Digital Campaign Specialist is a technically-qualified person that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital campaigns and projects. The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for supporting Roche affiliates, global teams and/or divisions in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role supports stakeholders in developing their digital performance and ensures they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
Your day to day responsibilities are:
Triage request for digital campaigns and projects with the right stakeholders: Executing and supporting digital marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction in the daily operation of asset delivery through the Content Lab
Manage updates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders depending on the updates incl. communication/coordination with requestors (from the affiliates)
Directly or indirectly influence others to achieve results in a complex environment
Handle the creation of tickets, coordinate the organization of source files, and oversee asset tracking using tools like Smartsheets or similar, ensuring efficient uploading, storage, and categorization for seamless identification and reuse within our global network
Identify potential issues and risks, escalate them if needed, and collaborate with Content Lab peers to resolve these issues and continuously improve service
Handle the creation of tickets, coordinate the organization of source files, and oversee asset tracking using tools like Smartsheets or similar, ensuring efficient uploading, storage, and categorization for seamless identification and reuse within our global network
Conduct thorough checks on draft and revised materials to ensure adherence to the brief, brand guidelines, and overall quality standards
What can you bring to our team:
We are looking for upbeat, dynamic individuals who are highly involved and passionate about digital campaigns and willing to learn more about Campaign Management. Furthermore, you have:
University degree (marketing, business etc.) or equivalent professional experience
Experience in digital campaign management
Experience in cross-channel campaigns and individual deliverables (i.e. email, social, display, websites, video, radio, and print) is a plus
Competent handling different digital platforms (CRM, CMS, Social channels, etc.)
English proficiency
Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management
Quick learner, passionate about technologies and web
Dynamic and flexible in working with different tools
Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
Customer-focused behavior in everything you do
Good understanding of communication capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders and other 3rd party providers
