The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Team.

About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
About the position:
Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of design projects within the creative team. The role play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end design process, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
Design Delivery Coordinator collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. They use their project management skills and expertise to effectively plan, organize, and allocate resources for design projects.
With a focus on project delivery and client satisfaction, Design Delivery Coordinator monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage timelines.
Design Delivery Coordinator also serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues, and managing client expectations. They actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback to ensure that the design output meets their expectations. Design Delivery Coordinator stay updated on industry best practices, project management methodologies, and design trends to continually enhance their skills and offer effective project management solutions
Your day to day responsibilities are:
Manage the design delivery process, ensuring timely and successful completion of design projects from initiation to final implementation.
Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation, establishing clear project plans and milestones for design delivery.
Coordinate and prioritize design requests, managing the design team's workload and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them to ensure successful project completion.Track and report on project metrics, such as project status, resource utilization, and design delivery timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly to ensure alignment with their expectations.
As a qualified expert, you have:
3+ years of professional experience in design project management or related roles, preferably in a creative agency or design-driven organization.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering design projects across multiple disciplines, such as graphic design, UX/UI design, motion design, etc.
Strong understanding of design processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and clients/stakeholders.
Knowledge of design principles and the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Understanding of design file formats, version control, and asset management to ensure efficient workflow and file organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing client relationships, including conducting project kick-off meetings, regular status updates, and managing client expectations.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively find solutions to ensure project success.
