The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture, strategy, and implementation while working closely with cross functional teams to ensure that data solutions meet the organization's needs. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions, ensuring data security, and optimizing data flow for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design data integration solutions to facilitate the seamless flow of data between systems and data sources.
• Implement data synchronization mechanisms for realtime and batch data processing.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate data management technologies and tools.
• Ensure data architecture complies with industry best practices and security standards..
• Oversee healthcare data interfaces, HL7 messaging, and FHIR API integration.
• Ensure data interoperability to support cross functional healthcare workflows.
• Implement data security and compliance measures to safeguard sensitive data.
• Define access control policies, encryption methods, and data masking techniques.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH Act).

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  Proven experience as a Data Architect with a strong track record in data architecture and management.
•  In-depth knowledge of data platforms, database design, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
•  Proficiency in data integration tools, ETL processes, and data transformation.
•  Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MPP databases) and data storage solutions.
•  Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and data governance principles.
•  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
•  Effective communication and leadership abilities.
•  Relevant certifications are a plus.
