Ensures IT invests in projects, products, programs and initiatives that drive business value and innovation, and accelerate the speed in getting our medicines to patients through enterprise thinking and cross-portfolio awareness. Ensures ongoing transparency to key information that allows Leaders to make better decisions faster and enhance organizational agility. Drives consensus on value and priority for all activities. Builds Roche's capability to execute strategy and complex programs reliably across a broad set of work structures (products, waterfall projects, agile projects, etc).
