This position is based in Laval, Quebec.

This position is not eligible for relocation support.

This position is open to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.

Summary:

To provide necessary support to the Distribution Center by carrying out a body of activities to ensure an optimal customer service level in accordance with Roche Diagnostics Policies & Procedures.

Major accountabilities:

Process requests related to stock movement by performing system transactions in order to keep an upmost accurate inventory. Ensure a close communication link between the different collaborators.

Manage internal & external productions starting with marketing requirements, activity planning, work instructions and follow-ups to final delivery.

Manage customer orders by creating, modifying (quantity or lot numbers) and print

Initiate, develop and implement different improvement projects and operational procedures to optimize the Distribution Center

Stock management in terms of replenishment and products in external storage

Develop and maintain Performance Key Indicators (KPI) for the Distribution Center

Manage documentation and processes for archival storage

Configure storage parameters in SAP
