Job facts
The primary responsibility of the Contract Systems Administrator is to support the Contracts group in its servicing of clients and contracts within its authority. This role may include various tasks and objectives, depending on the skills and interests of the Administrator, the needs of the Contracts group, and the work load.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as a point of contact for questions regarding the global contract repository
· Assign incoming contract requests to appropriate legal team members
· Prepare documents for signature; track status of signatures; and route signed agreements to internal and external parties
· Upload executed agreements into the global contract repository
· Assist with various projects, as needed
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
· 1+ years of contract administration experience
· Experience with diagnostic, medical device, licensing, and business development contracts preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to work with various functions and levels within an organization
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain open, candid and trusting work relationships
· Detail oriented
· Exhibits a high level of objectivity, integrity, motivation, team orientation, professionalism and trustworthiness, and places a high value on the value of doing business with ethics and integrity
