The Position
Compliance Specialist (18-mth contract)
The candidate will report to the Compliance Lead, providing overall support & implement defined strategies for Compliance at corporate level.
Daily tasks:
support execution of risk mitigation action plan, gap analysis & daily compliance review activities;
develop & conduct regular compliance training to various audience group;
support framework set up & policy development on existing/ new business processes & coordinate with law firm if necessary;
ensure internal control measures & process optimization;
assist the Compliance team on business partnering with stakeholders;
perform other adhoc tasks & projects assigned by the Compliance Lead as required

Desired Qualifications
Degree holder in law, finance or related disciplines
1 to 2 years of working experience in relevant areas, particularly in compliance
Knowledge in industry compliance policies, regulatory and quality standard requirements is a plus
High level of integrity
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and business driven approach.
Motivated self-starter, acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and project coordination.
Team player with good communication and time management skill
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, tableau is a plus
