Commercial Contracts Administrator (1 year Contract Based)

Commercial Contract Administrator will be responsible in assisting conversion of MOU for instrument placement and other administrative project related to contract establishment. You will be based in Head Office, South Jakarta. Reporting to Compliance and Risk Manager, you will assist for the following works:

·  Drafting and reviewing contract for Instrument Placement Agreement for Roche Diagnostics Indonesia
·  Drafting contract for key account customers
·  Administrative work in end to end process of agreement establishment
·  Legal research project(s) related to regulatory and field research
·  Distributor Management

You need to obtain a Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Law or equivalent. Fresh Graduate is welcome but experience in Legal field is preferred. Furthermore, you will need to have qualifications as follows:

·  Good communication in English, both verbal and written
·  Good teamwork and have experience in organization
·  Understand basic contract law
·  Understand basic/trade law
