Roche Diagnostics has created a new start-up business charged with building a modern portfolio of decision support software products that will change the way patients receive care. Our challenge is to bring together complex diagnostic and treatment data from medical devices and IT systems within a hospital and intelligently process and present this data to doctors and caregivers to improve the experience and outcomes of patient care. We are looking for candidates with experience selling healthcare IT (think EMR, PACS, LIS) products, and who also want to lead hospitals and academic medical centers around the world into the next generation of healthcare IT solutions that are SaaS based. You'll be part of a growing commercial team leading the way in the clinical decision support market, and get to work side by side with a team of world-class marketers, engineers, doctors and researchers who want to impact global healthcare delivery.

The Clinical Business Liason is responsible for demonstrating and suggesting enhancements to the Tumor Board product. This position will partner with customers who are involved with coordinating the care of patients with cancer (breast cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer and general cancer), in order to drive product utilization and maximize product value to the customer and patients. This includes providing customer education. This position will also suggest product improvements that will ultimately lead to improved cancer patient care and flow by reducing barriers and connecting members of the treatment team to relevant information that drives better treatment decisions. This position will also stay updated on cancer treatment trends/resources and proactively assisting with product enhancements.

Provides direction on issues of area of expertise and assist department leadership in setting strategic direction. Typically, a higher level professional position. Is generally assigned more complex and difficult assignments. Assignments are broad in nature. Typically works with greater discretion and latitude. May assist Consultants and lower level staff by providing advice and guidance.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in at least one US state required
• 5+ years of nursing experience required
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Navigator required.
• Experience working with cancer treatment teams required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation, lecture, and teaching skills
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Products
