About the role:

As your initial project assignment, you will join the ASPIRE End-To-End Support Framework (E2E SF) team. The ASPIRE program is deploying a digital backbone to Roche, allowing for data-driven business decisions with accurate data about the state of our enterprise. It is based on different system solutions that transitioned into operations in early 2022. The E2E Support Framework provides a globally consistent support structure across multiple organizations to sustainably solve customer requests and continuously improve and deploy new product releases.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Support the E2E Support Framework Communication lead in Communications delivery in line with the overall E2E SF OCM strategy, shaping Customer Success and E2E Support Framework support services

  • Work in different stages of communication projects from start to finish (e.g., planning and executing change or communication campaigns to create awareness, understanding, and adoption)

  • Create fit-for-purpose communications, including writing and editing of content for announcements, promotional materials, town halls, video scripts/messages, briefings, memos, fact sheets, instructional guides, intranet pages/stories, talking points for leaders, presentations, pitches, and events

  • Support communication channel management (gSite, Confluence, Spaces, distribution lists, etc.)

  • Manage the execution of the defined communications materials according to the implementation/ deployment plans

  • Incorporate feedback and learning to support adopting and sustaining communications materials, tools, and tactics. Measure adoption where possible.

  • Build foundational knowledge of a specific business area with a range of communications capabilities

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience of 2-5 years as an Organizational Change Manager, Communications or Marketing professional

  • Excellent writing/editing skills with solid credentials (ability to grasp complex topics/concepts and turn them into engaging communication deliverables)

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels of Roche (impact of project strategy/deployment approach on delivery impacts)

  • You have a proven track record in developing clear, compelling, and concise messaging

  • You are excellent at sensing organizational dynamics and trends/developments

  • You proactively identify opportunities to enhance relationships and partner engagements

  • You build rapport with internal and external partners quickly

  • You bring a can-do attitude, work hands-on, and are committed to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • You want to disrupt and streamline the way Communication services and solutions are delivered to our internal partners and therefore make an impact on patient's lives
