Business Case
Your country’s healthcare system is under pressure. With an ageing population, a shortage of qualified staff and the resulting financial pressures that follow, the market landscape in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming more and more complex. To respond to this pressure, the government have highlighted multiple strategic initiatives that they hope will relieve some of the pressure: public-private partnership, hospital at home, equal access and system efficiencies are all mentioned but limited change has been realized to date. In addition, a dialogue around “value-based procurement” and how investment in innovation may support or accelerate the impact on patients and relieve pressure in the system, is being discussed in concept only. While this is a dialogue occurring in the market, the reality is that the current procurement practices continue to primarily focus on cost-based metrics and not value.
Based on the trends highlighted above and your understanding of the market,
What do you see as the biggest risks and opportunities to the Pharma business based on the trends and market dynamics mentioned above?
Present one concrete proposal on how Roche Pharma can minimize the impact of these risks.
What additional considerations should be made to support the success of the above-mentioned proposals: structure, processes, tools, tactics, etc?
Selection Process:
The next program start date is planned for 1st September 2024 and we will accept your application until 11 March 2024.
After the initial pre-screening round, the selection process includes video assessment, then virtual panel interviews (March/April), while the final candidates will be invited to a virtual assessment center taking place in May.
We’re looking forward to having you onboard and starting the program in September 2024.
