The Position
Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of SAP master data activities with regard to RDSZ technical transfer and design transfer products, including material master / production master/ QC master data life cycle management, system maintenance and related project support.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with business processes where SAP is used as technology platform, with high exposure in areas of MFG and QC Project experience in rolling out SAP under regulated environment, able to set timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate business processes and identify missing capabilities during technical transfer projects or improvement opportunities in system that will improve business performance.
- Drive direct and indirect material master data life cycle management, work closely with internal stakeholders like MFG, QC and QA to ensure timely SAP material master maintenance.
- Create and maintain WI-sheet including X-step repository and routing management.
- Be accountable for the data accuracy and completeness, be responsible for the redundant data cleansing activities.
- Monitor related KPIs and provide reports accordingly。
- Organize regular SAP training to SAP end users in Instrument.
- Response for Instrument team SAP troubleshooting.
- Other tasks assigned by managers/Ad-hocs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree; Major in materials management preferred; IT SAP module preferred.
- Minimal 5 years experience in SAP MM / PP and material lifecycle management.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in materials management and or planner/buyer. Medical device experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiar with MS Office Applications
- Strong communication skills.
- Native Chinese; Fluent English in speaking and writing
