As a BlackLine Local Administrator you will be based in San José, Costa Rica. You will be working at Roche Services Americas, which is one of the Roche Shared Services Centers worldwide providing Finance, Procurement services to various countries in the Americas region.
In this role you will be reporting to GAMA Manager .
This role is part of the Finance function within the Roche Shared Services Centers and main sites: Basel, Mannheim, Genentech.
The BlackLine Local Administrator role requires strong knowledge in the areas of Financial Accounting, Internal Controls and User Management.
From an information technology (IT) perspective, the successful candidate must have key user experience in SAP Finance. BlackLine experience is a plus. In terms of technical skills, the successful candidate must be proactive in managing and improving processes and driving harmonization. They must have the ability to keep local solutions consistent with the Global Account Reconciliation Template.
Your main task will include:
· Develop a deep understanding of Local Finance Organization, including users and their responsibilities.
· Maintain account and team assignments.
· Maintain backups and delegations.
· Ensure the preparers and approvers are assigned to all accounts.
· Provide global vision to local users and enable cross-functions business and technical communication.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you have a Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.
Also you bring 3-5 years of Finance and/or IT experience (Accounting Systems), with relevant qualifications.
Your further qualifications are:
· Experience with SAP Finance.
· Highly desirable: Exposure using BlackLine Account Reconciliations module.
· Exposure to Internal Controls/Audit of Balance Sheet Accounts a plus
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills
· Business proficiency in English language
