You will be responsible to collect and consolidate tender data, follow up bidding results bid by RDSL and its distributors; update information in RDSL bidding database and assist in bidding analysis report generation; coordinate BA and supporting functions to update the documents contents in tender supporting document system on a regular basis, and support DM regional team to conduct centralized tenders; to deal with the daily work related to Bidding,/Sunshine Purchasing/Price-Limit Purchasing/Two –Invoicing. etc , that's organized by provincial government authorities and RDSL participate in; Communicate with RDSL internal departments and external designated organizations to support the decision -making; Collect the information and analyze the data to coordinate the manager to fulfill the task the Projects.

·  Collecting data from external tender platforms, and consolidating with data from internal sources on a daily basis;
·  Coordinating with DM regional team to confirm with RDSL sales and distributors their actions for identified tenders, and following up bidding results;
·  Updating RDSL bidding database with feedback from RDSL and distributors, assisting bidding operation manager to conduct bidding data analysis and generating meaningful reports for stakeholders;
·  Coordinating related BA & supporting function colleagues to update document contents in a timely manner;
·  Supporting distributors for their requests for bidding supporting documents by Facilitating approval and chopping process.

·  Bachelor or above in related major;
·  Data process ability a must and certain tender management experience, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature;

You should have 2-year experience in tender information management or related area, with knowledge of distributor management preferred.
