· 及时准确的打印、分发、上报各类申请,备忘录和通知,保证信息的上传下达,协助贯彻公司政策;
Timely and accurately print, distribute and submit various applications, memos and notifications, ensure the smooth information flow, assist the implementation of company policies
· 通过及时的电话联系,跟进各销售经理主管和销售代表的工作;
Follow up the job for sales manager, supervisor and representative via timely phone call
· 及时通知开会的时间,及时跟进从总部各部门过来的各通知并回复;
Inform staff the meeting time, well follow up and reply the notification from all departments from the headquarters in time
· 协助整理销售资料和数据,及时准确的完成内部会议所需之演讲稿;
Assist to coordinate sales materials and data, accomplish presentation for internal meeting in time
· 办公室文具的申领;
Apply stationary
· 办公用品的采购;
Purchasing stationery
· 每月收集销售数据并输入系统并按时汇报至总部;
Collect sales date and input it into Ekam monthly, report to HQ in time
· 接收各部门的推广资料并督促各组经理主管合理分配使用仓库;
Receive the promotional materials from other department, supervise all sales managers and supervisors to using storage in reason
· 制定仓库的管理细则并取得所有仓库使用人的认同及配合;
Make storage management detailed rules after all managers and supervisors' agreement
