As the Associate Marketing Manager for Digital Strategy and Operations, you will provide support for Diabetes Care by fulfilling tactical requirements to accomplish business area objectives. May develop short and long term tactics and strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned areas. Accountabilities for the specific area of responsibility include: project and/or product management, supports the annual operating plan process, cycle and business review meetings, budget involvement and business area knowledge.
Duties are varied and complex often involving research, analysis and solution development. This position will provide direction for digital marketing and e-commerce and will assist department leadership in setting strategic direction. Typically a higher level professional position. Requires the regular use of originality and ingenuity. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of field. Is generally assigned more complex and difficult assignments. Assignments are broad in nature. Typically works with greater discretion and latitude. May assist Consultants and lower level staff by providing advice and guidance.
Responsible for creating and/or supporting new distribution model initiatives via a variety of programs and campaigns intended to drive Diabetes Care business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies that will grow our ecommerce business and build the Accu-chek brand
· Lead the development and delivery of digital marketing, fulfillment and print materials completed within schedule and budget
· Analyze performance against KPIs and present recommendations for digital program improvements. Ensure program business decisions are based on and/or consider metrics as appropriate
· Plan, coordinate and execute marketing programs. Collaborate with regional and global departments to plan and develop best-practice online experiences. Work closely with multiple external partners to scope project requirements, review status and QA work
• Work with internal sales and external agencies to deliver relevant programming that drive penetration, frequency and profit
· Provide appropriate input into annual budgeting process
· Complete special projects as assigned
· Build strong working relationships with external agencies to ensure quality work is completed
· Identify new opportunities for both engaging online shoppers and consumer
Candidate must live within a 50 mile radius of the Indianapolis, Indiana campus.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Two years of market, sales, marketing communication or related experience
· Excellent project management skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficient utilizing MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications :
· Previous experience in healthcare industry desired; experience in the diabetes market
· Previous experience in developing digital programs
· Detailed oriented person with strong project management skills
· Experience working as a key point-of-contact for department with both internal and external partners and agencies
· Experience working in a global environment
