The Patent Department of Roche in Rotkreuz is a team of dedicated Patent Attorneys who support development projects and business units present in Rotkreuz.

We offer a part time position as an Assistant to Patent Attorney/ IP Paralegal to a motivated person interested in working in a global environment as a member of an Assistant team. This is a 60% part time position.

You will work in a team of four assistants. Together with your colleagues, you will handle preparation of correspondence and formality processes according to the site handbook, to support the Patent Attorneys. You will also provide general administrative support, such as organizing business travels, events and meetings.

To be successful in this role you bring:

· 
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)

· 
Experience as a team assistant

· 
Ideally, you have accomplished a training as an IP Paralegal or experience in a (patent) law firm or law

· 
A precise and efficient way of working

· 
The ability to work in a team

· 
Excellent German and English-Skills (written and spoken)
