Applications Specialist

1. Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments and solutions. Feedback to the sales team on the tests' usage of each new training instrument and solutions, to follow up the channel filling with sales team. 

设备安装后为最终用户提供操作培训，向销售团队反馈每台新培训仪器及配套解决方案的项目开展情况，共同跟进项目填充 

2. Solve application / product problems promptly and completely and could provide a more comprehensive solution to the customer based on technology. 

及时完整的解决产品及配套解决方案的技术问题，为客户提供更加完善的技术解决方案。 

3. Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/distributors. Maintain/update products information promptly. 

为销售人员、维修工程师和经销商提供技术培训，维护并及时更新产品资料 

4. Support Sales to achieve reagent sales target and product pre-sales bidding and new project promotion 

配合销售同事并完成相关试剂销售年度目标，参与设备售前招标及新项目推广 

5. Visit Customer regularly, extend Roche value, consummate extended projects. 

定期拜访客户，推广罗氏医学价值，完善扩充项目 

6. Collect and feedback customer requirements and product market intelligence , support continuous upgrade and optimization of solutions

收集并反馈客户需求及最新市场动态信息，协助相关团队持续优化升级解决方案

7. Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Sales 

协助维修工程师和销售人员安装设备 

8. Work closely with Sales team and Service team to ensure customer satisfaction 

与销售和维修工程师紧密合作，以确保客户使用体验完美 

9. Coordinate customer evaluation of products. Assist customers in the interpretation of test results 

协助客户进行产品评估工作，协助客户解释测试结果 

10. Assist in yearly budgeting exercise and prepare monthly report 

协助制定年度计划，提交月报 

11. Sum up and summarize the working experience and share it with other applications

12. Help and support applications in team to command product knowledge and solve technical problems

13. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

14. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Experience工作经验:

3 to 5 years of experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience in the industry

Health Conditions 身体状况:  

According to the "Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Management" and the "Regulations on Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products", health checks should be conducted at least once a year; if you have infectious diseases or other diseases that may contaminate medical devices or drugs shall not be engaged in related work. 

根据《医疗器械经营质量管理规范》以及《药品经营质量管理规范》中的有关规定，应当至少每年 进行一次健康检查；如患有传染病或者其他可能污染医疗器械或药品的疾病的，不得从事相关工作。
