The Roche Procurement Committee (RPC) Program Management Office (PMO) supports the RPC leadership to drive cross-divisional priorities for OneProcurement.
As an Administrative Assistant on the RPC PMO you will actively support the PMO and Project Leads in day to day activities and take the initiative in planning and managing major meetings and events.
Key responsibilities include:
· The administrative coordination of internal and external meetings, workshops, events and travel. These include cross-functional team meetings, 1:1 meetings, video and teleconferences
· Implementing and maintaining appropriate tools to support the Program communication and information sharing (department's network drive, touchpoint, Google drive, etc.)
· Handling vendor invoices and purchase orders in ARIBA as well as ordering office material, IT supplies and ensuring an appropriate office environment
· Be the point of contact for general requests involving the Program as well as handling expenses and accruals
· Managing the JAZ-account of team members
· Managing e-mails, calendars and distribution lists, correspondence in English, preparing and adapting presentations from drafts

· You have 3-5 years of work experience and practical experience in a similar position with appropriate qualification (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college or equivalent)
· You are a professional, outgoing person who can liaise with different audiences and cultures, handle difficult and sometimes pressurized situations and respond effectively to requests. You are a team player with a keen sense of relevance and good judgment, which allows you to work with considerable independence. You show Proactivity, flexibility, initiative, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
· Excellent spoken and written English, some communication in German will be require
· Essential strengths for this position are strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Calendaring and Emailing skills (Gmail and Google Calendar)
