As an administrative assistant, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Supporting assigned managers/team members with calendar management, preparing documents and presentations, travel and meeting arrangements, expenses processing and other administrative or operational activities
· Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings. These include team meetings, video, teleconferences, telepresence, etc.
· Acting as a contact person for general requests involving the assigned team, such as moves, office set-up/allocations, etc. as well as maintaining databases and intranet sites
· Facilitating communications with a broad range of internal and external customers, partners and other stakeholders
· Supporting procurement processes and partners (invoices, purchase orders, accounting, etc.) as well as HR activities such as time recording, recruitment of staff, onboarding of new employees, etc.

You bring the following skills, experience and qualities:
· Secretarial/business/office management certification/qualification and some years' work experience (preferably in a similar position)
· Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other applications are an advantage) as well as willingness to learn how to use Roche-specific tools
· Excellent time management & organisational skills with proven abilities to prioritise, work independently, handle requests from different stakeholders and deal with ambiguity and change in a positive and constructive manner
· A strong sense of confidentiality
· Outstanding social and communication skills and proficiency in English (oral and written). German and additional languages are an asset
