We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Team.
Job title: Accounts Payable Senior Analyst
About the position:
As an Accounts Payable Senior Analyst you are responsible for high quality services to Roche suppliers and internal partners. You will be responsible for booking complex invoices in accordance with Roche and local standards so that the supplier receives the funds in time for the goods supplied and the services rendered. We are expanding and seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who will shape the future of this challenging function.
Key accountabilities:
Full responsibility for the end-to-end AP process and handling both internal and supplier queries received by phone or mail in local language

The main tasks associated with the role focuses on consulting and managing our digital ecosystem by means of:
Processing and validating PO based and direct invoices and payment requests, manage and run payments
Delivering the day-to-day finance activities according to the service level agreements in the accounts payable field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process.
Managing vendor accounts
Reporting and supporting AP invoice resolution
Handling affiliate’s internal invoice queries
Acting as a point of contact, promoting strong collaborative relationships between the affiliate’s finance teams and all other internal SSC teams
Participating in process improvement and ongoing projects, opportunity to take part in knowledge transfer
Who you are:
You have a University/College degree in Finance and relevant professional experience
You have strong communication and advisory skills and you are able to deal with complex issues
You understand the business and stakeholders’ needs through day-to-day interactions
You have end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & critical mindset in ambiguous situations
You are proficient in English and Lithuanian

Due to the continued high demand for RSS services, we created a satellite location in Riga, Latvia in 2023. The Riga office is part of the Roche Services & Solutions EMEA organization and complements the Budapest site in capabilities and capacities. The Riga office is planned to grow to more than 200 employees over the next 4-5 years, with talents in exciting and emerging fields such as Digital Marketing, Regulatory Capabilities, Agile Coaching, Project Management as well as Finance.
