2-Year Accelerated Development Program (ADP) Highlights:

Accelerated readiness for Roche Diagnostics commercial, finance, facilities, and calibration roles

Intensive 2-year program with 3 eight-month rotations

“Welcome to Diagnostics”: an extensive on-boarding process designed to develop meaningful cohort relationships and prepare ADP Associates for success in a variety of roles at Roche

Common business & personal development curriculum throughout the program

Consistent 1:1 mentorship throughout the duration of the program

Executive sponsorship and immediate exposure to senior leaders and real-life business scenarios

ADP Commercial – Are you a curious and driven problem-solver who is interested in working in digital marketing, business analytics or inside sales? The Roche Indy Commercial ADP rotation is the role for you.
ADP Finance – Are you a proactive and agile contributor who is interested in generating financial analysis and insights while partnering with Commercial and Operations business leaders to develop, propose and implement creative solutions that address key customer and business needs? The Roche Diabetes Care Finance ADP rotation is the role for you.
ADP Sites & Services (Facilities and Asset Management) – Are you pursuing an engineering or a technology undergraduate degree and have a future interest in working in reliability engineering, asset management, or real estate management? The Sites & Services Facilities and Asset Management rotation experience in Roche Diagnostics Operations is the ADP role for you.
ADP Sites & Services (Controls Engineering) – Are you pursuing an engineering or a technology undergraduate degree and have a future interest in working with controls, instrumentation, or electronics? The Sites and Services - Controls rotation experience in Roche Diagnostics Operations is the ADP role for you.
Qualifications

Targeting domestic undergraduate seniors with a graduation date of December 2019 or May 2020
·
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche sponsorship and possess a willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States (geographically mobile)
·
Desire 3.0 GPA or higher with previous work experience (internships / co-operational employment, etc.)
·
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
·
Student organization leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus
·
