The Position
Department Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Digital Workplace and Site Services Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our organization's digital transformation journey and support the Site Services team in maintaining a great place to work. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance our digital infrastructure, streamline processes, improve employee engagement, and assist in creating a positive and productive work environment. This internship will provide invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
This internship position is located in Pleasanton/Santa Clara On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital workplace goals, strategies, and initiatives.
Build/ Update a standard web page as a platform to inform and guide users to understand various services offered by the organization.
Conduct research and analysis to gather insights on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to digital workplace solutions.
Support the implementation of digital tools including collection and maintenance of data.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and make recommendations to optimize digital workplace processes, site services, and employee experience.
Program Highlights
Intensive 12-weeks / full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
Program start dates are in May/June (Summer) /
A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are (Required)
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student
Strong interest in digital transformation, workplace technologies, employee experience, and site services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Required majors:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $22-$55 USD per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
