The Position
Department Summary
Intern will work with the Diagnostics U.S. Chief Diversity Office (CDO) and the Roche Global CDO on projects to advance the four global strategic D&I pillars (Patient, People, Culture, Society) in addition to the relevant CDO strategies and initiatives. .
This internship position is located in Indianapolis- Hybrid work schedule
Key Responsibilities
Projects may include:
● Support of the Business Resources Groups (BRGs)
● Diversity metrics and data analysis
● Lead projects to analyze diversity data, identify trends and come up with action plans to drive behaviors in the right direction. This will involve research and benchmarking of "best in class" companies in this space.
Program Highlights
● Intensive 12-weeks , full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
● Program start dates are in / May/June (Summer) /
● A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
● Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
● Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are:
Required Education
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Minimum Experience:
● Desire GPA 3.0 or higher.
● Previous work experience preferred
● Student organization and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
● Leadership skills, good communication, inquisitive, self-study
Required skills:
● Targeting undergraduate/graduate interns majoring in Psychology, Business, Social Justice, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
Preferred Qualifications
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
