HOW DOES THE ROADMAP WILL LOOKS LIKE?

• Power App Microsoft – maintaining and enhance consumable app for stock management
• Enhance business opportunities by assessing NFC/RFID use cases
• Support roll-out of SAP application regarding existing forwarder interface
• Assessment of carrier interface opportunities to enhance daily operations
• Creation and update SOPs for daily key operations
• Support set-up of our internal intranet logistics presentation to our brands and functions
• Support and assessment of internal key-Driver/KPIs and visualisation (dashboard)
• Support LEAN assessment and follow-ups in warehouse and shipping department
• Support environmental roadmap, organisation, and follow-up of action.
• Creation/update of logistics guidelines for our partners, in particular Boutique network
• Support internal cyber assessment regarding 3PL along all necessary communication (internal/external) incl. follow-up
• Development of internal client catalogue for consumables considering needs and sustainable products

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Experienced in application of Microsoft tools
• Advantage: SAP, PowerApps experiences
• Bachelor´s, master’s degree or an equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, approachable & customer focused
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• German (C 1) and English (C1) mandatory
• Analytical and able to identify areas for improvements and drive efficiency through data
• Ability to train others on systems use and ensure execution by others (train the trainers)
• Reliable, able to work independently and take personal ownership of deliverables
•  Efficient, well-organized with good time management skills
•  Ability to see opportunities to optimize and reduce workload
