YOUR MISSION:


As part of the Marketing & Communication department, the Marketing & Communication Planning Coordinator will support the Marcom Planning Senior Manager in the orchestration Marketing activities, budget follow up and performance tracking.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Marketing & Communication planning and budget

  • Support local budget owners to prepare and consolidate annual A&P budgets and financial forecasts for all communication activities (budget sizing per project, compliance and yearly landing)
  • Lead creation of new budget tracking tools to ensure efficient follow-up
  • Follow up local marketing fees
  • Work closely with local Finance and regional Budget team to track A&P spending, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Marketing & Communication Intelligence

  • Partner with the regional MCC Intelligence and Performance team about Marketing & Communication insights, tools and benchmarks
  • Support local adoption of Marketing & Communication insights across teams and serve as liaison with local and regional teams on Marketing and Communication Intelligence
  • Analyse Client Marketing KPIs (behaviour, path, etc.) and Client Segmentation 
  • Closely work with the local Commercial Performance team to ensure alignment and consistency

Transversal Project support 

  • Support on local BU/LE per product category  
  • Upload in Anaplan


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 3+ years of professional experience working in communication, marketing or business analysis
  • A precious experience with budget planning and tracking is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and perfect use of Excel and Looker
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
  • Strong learning agility
  • Preferable experience in international luxury brands
