The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage, and onboard a pipeline of candidates to fulfil the recruitment needs of the Richemont Group. This is a permanent position based in Villars-sur-Glânes, Fribourg.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with HR and hiring managers. The core of this function is to proactively identify, source, pre-assess, hire, and provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Proactively manage sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with all stakeholders. Maintain the quality of advertising opportunities via social media, while aligning with the global TA vision.
- Actively seek out talents through proactive search in our database and via external channels.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by:- Identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates from an HR perspective.
- Implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining relationships with candidates and alignment with internal teams.
- Feeding our Systems with complete and updated information.
- Ensuring the full recruitment cycle for candidates.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- You are curious, organized, results-oriented, and innovative. You are a data-driven person who ensures profiles in the recruitment are updated and precise.
- Solid experience in recruitment and direct approach is highly valued. You possess excellent communication skills, and ability to understand people, and an investigative mindset. You will need to master Boolean candidate research on our recruiting platform and navigate various online and offline sourcing channels.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
