Workday Core HR Product Junior Specialist

CONTEXT
You will be integrated in Richemont’s Group Technology product area Human Resources, will belong to the HR Core, Compensation and Payroll team, reporting to the HRIS Core HCM Tech Team Lead.
You will be primarily supporting the Tech Team Lead and Product Specialist in the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HR area.
The scope covers all Maisons held by the group on a worldwide scale.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Business Analyst
Participate in the analysis of the business requirement;
Define with the Product Specialist the technical solution;
Contribute to the definition of the technical requirement.
· Configuration of Workday
Participate in the configuration of Workday HCM;
Help in the implementation of legal requirements;
Help in the creation of new reports.
· Support Core HR Operations
Troubleshoot issues and support users in the Core HR operations;
Participate to the system support (incident management).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
· At least 2 years of experience of configuration of Core HR in Workday HCM;
· Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus;
· You have a good team spirit;
· Open minded and curious individual with flexible and creative thinking mindset.
