Job mission   

The Wayfinding Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for clients navigating from the boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service by providing clear guidance, building rapport with clients, and supporting them through an elevated and seamless experience. 

  Main accountabilities/objective of the position  

 

Key Responsibilities  

1.  Assist Clients in Wayfinding  
• Guide clients from boutique construction site to the new temporary boutique location, which may involve walking and engaging in conversation with the clients for 7–10 minutes 
• Provide clear and accurate directions, ensuring clients feel confident navigating the resort to the temporary boutique 
• Address client inquiries about the company or product history and represent the brand with professionalism 

2.  Deliver Outstanding Client Service  
• Act as the first point of contact for clients requiring assistance and provide prompt and courteous support. 
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and supported. 
• When necessary, collaborate with team members or escalate client concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution. 

3.  Technology Utilization and Learning  
• Use various technology platforms and systems to facilitate client assistance. 

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes to improve efficiency. 
• Provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance the overall client journey. 

 
4.  Operational Excellence  
• Ensure all wayfinding materials and technology are functional and accessible. 
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the company’s values and brand image. 
• Support the team with general operational tasks as needed. 

 

Qualifications  

Technical Skills/ abilities:  

Must be available to work retail hours including weekends  

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft software 

Proficient with technology and capable of quickly learning new systems 

Has a strong service-oriented mindset 

Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic) are a plus

Is flexible, adaptable, and has a strong moral compass 

Maintains a strong sense of aesthetics and has a natural curiosity for the luxury and hospitality industries, high jewelry, and art 

Displays strong self-awareness and discernment
