MAIN PURPOSE – Warehouse operations

 

Contributes to the success of Richemont and its Maisons by ensuring the availability of product to meet customer needs and improve productivity. Responsible for developing and training capable front line employees.

 

·  Ensure that the necessary legal & Group’s compliance is met with at all times during receiving and shipping of all Richemont products.
·  Ensure High quality of service to brands for all movements.
·  Be aware of development/changes of rules and regulations in the region.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Ensure all safety rules are always respected
·  Supervise the operations on the floor
·  Supervise & Plan operations for special events with relevant departments.
·  Understand and transfers warehouse operations knowledge to others including resource requirements, layout, receiving, preparing the orders and loading,
·  Understand and achieves performance standards including compliance and respecting Health and Safety rules.
·  Align team agenda with operations target
·  Develop others by training frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
·  Manage the workload of the warehouse on daily basis.
·  Ensure all related KPI’s are respected.
·  Ensure accurate & transparent reporting of the operations performance.

 

DIMENSION:  “Headcount supervised: 23

 

Qualifications:

·  1-2 years related experience in logistics field. Able to lead a team of 20 employees.
·  Good knowledge and experience working with warehouse management systems.
·  Strong effective communication skills in a diverse multicultural environment.
·  Strong problem solving & decision making capabilities.
·  Ability to take initiative, strong work ethic, behaves with a sense of urgency.
·  Excellent safety track record, proven ability to recognize, control and manage operational risk
·  Experience in E-com operations is a plus
·  Language: Ability to read, write & speak English, French is a plus.
