Key Responsibility:
- Defining and managing product assortments and allocations for both Retail and Wholesale channels.
- Exchanging with company Headquarter (Switzerland) to maintain the ideal stock level and delivery flow and work closely with related local departments to keep information at appropriate level.
- Collaborating with local logistic team to ensure delivery flow is appropriate.
- Preparing the novelty launch plan in collaboration with local Marketing / Sales teams.
- Delivering twice a year sales forecast and adjust accordingly in collaboration with Marketing / Sales department’s strategy to achieve company revenue target.
- Collaborating with Visual Merchandising upon the execution of the zoning / layout plan in our boutiques and wholesalers.
- Realizing weekly and monthly sales analysis in order to align / update the forecast accordingly. Create or update sales, stock, consignment and assortment related reports for analysis.
- Participating to the preparation of the yearly strategic planning of the brand in Japan.

 

Requirement:
- You come from: Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 year’s work experience.
- You possess: Sensitivity to luxury environment.
- Your feel at ease with: Excel and Power-Point (SAP or ERP module experience a plus).
- You speak: Business level English and Japanese (French speaker is a plus).
