MAIN PURPOSE
As a V.I.E - Media & CRM Coordinator , you will participate in the planning and diffusion of Regional MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa and Turkey) Media campaigns and CRM activations. As part of the MEIAT Communications department, you will work in close collaboration with multiple internal departments and external parties to ensure the execution and optimization of online and offline campaigns. You will consolidate planning, campaign results, content, competition monitoring, digital data, budget and calendars. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months , ideally starting in January 2026 , depending on visa requirements. The position is based in Dubai .
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
REGIONAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS & CRM ACTIVATIONS
· Support the Media team in the planning and execution of Offline (print, out of home and TV) & Digital (social, video & search) Media campaigns for the MEIAT Region.
· Support CRM activations in the planning and implementation of email and Clienteling journeys. Liaise with the MEIAT markets and CRM agency throughout the process.
· Consolidate and communicate campaign activations, decks, reporting and competitive reports to the relevant internal stakeholders.
· Follow-up with media agency on digital implementation of campaigns.
· Liaise with partners on media activation plans in selected markets.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT & INVOICING
· Manage and process invoices for all regional Media activities and CRM activations.
· Update and maintain accuracy of internal tracking platform and budget tracking sheets for external agencies.
· Support with recharges to COOP Partners.
MEDIA & CRM CONTENT
· Manage asset adaptations in line with HQ requirements and lead daily operations with creative agency.
· Act as point of contact for creative assets diffusion across the markets.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
· Assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, Media & CRM plans, budgets, competitive, and performance reports.

As a Media & CRM Coordinator, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. In order to be successful in this role, we expect the following:
· You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
· You already have 2 years of professional experience in relevant positions (Media/Advertising, CRM, etc.) working transversally with functions in a market/HQ, with ideally an exposure and previous experience in the luxury industry.
· Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
· High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
· Time management and strong organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Competent in using Project Management tools.
· Knowledge of current media advertising landscape and a passion for marketing.
· Fluent in English – Arabic is a plus.
