V.I.E Marketing & Communication Executive - UAE

Main purpose  

 

As a V.I.E Marketing & Communication Executive within the UAE market, a key market within the Middle East, reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director UAE, you will support the development and execution of local projects and provide valuable assistance in product marketing initiatives, contributing to the visibility, desirability, and coherence of our local activations with Maison guidelines. This role offers a strong learning opportunity in a dynamic market, while supporting the team in managing an increasing volume of ambitious, high-impact projects. 

This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in Dubai, UAE, with an ideal start date in October 2025, contingent on visa requirements.  

 

Are you a good match? 

 

For this V.I.E, we are looking for the candidate to have a bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or Communication, with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who will demonstrate excellent organizational and project coordination skills, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment will contribute to success in this role.

What are we expecting from you?  

 

The V.I.E will play a key supporting role across two main areas: 

Product Marketing Support: 

- Assist in the implementation of product-related initiatives for key collections (e.g. Perlée, Alhambra, Timepieces) 

- Coordinate boutique marketing initiatives with internal teams 

- Support in competitive analysis, product storytelling tools, and asset development 

- Monitor marketing performance and assist in reporting 

 

Patrimony Project Support :  

- Participate in the planning and development of the 2026 patrimony exhibition in the UAE 

- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external partners 

- Support project reporting, presentations, and event preparation 

- Support in the execution of the patrimony, client presentations, and events related to this project 

- Coordinate with logistics and suppliers 

- Support in activating the traffic towards the exhibtion 

- Support in managing the allocated budget, track expenses, place orders, and follow up on production.

- Post event report

 

Other Event projects 

- Support event teams on the overall planning for key upcoming events 

 

In each area, the V.I.E will contribute to ensuring local relevance while maintaining Maison consistency, participating in meetings, and gaining exposure to the full spectrum of Marketing & Communication functions.
