You have extensive experience as a Trainer, Field Coach or similar role in luxury hospitality industry.
You have familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
You have behavioural competencies: excellent interpersonal skills, reliable and independent, positive attitude, presentable, team player.
You are fluent in English. (verbal & written).
What are we expecting from you?
· Supporting adapted team development path: You will conduct Maison’s key trainings which focus on soft skill (service, clienteling, selling skill, CS…) with embracing local needs and communicate all the training programs on a timely basis & organize. You will evolve training to enhance team experience through utilization existing tools, develop new contents and improved knowledge and provide superior guidance, mentoring, adapted development path and feedback for the SAs to strengthen their talent pool.
· Monitor progress & lead the development: You will identify success factor, key development area by staffs and training needs. You will support staffs to achieve their KPIs with progress monitoring & providing positive motivation and maintain database of talent development path and conduct one-on-one performance reviews with the SAs.
· Follow up at boutique of staff’s practice based on reality focusing on selling & other soft skills: You will have follow-up session by individually or small group to hear participant’s feedback, improvement/challenges to enhance client experience after conducting soft skill training. You will design follow up courses, coaching material and tools as role-play activities, case studies, gather best practices and inspire team to extend thinking and learn by sharing the best practices.
· Assist to achieve effective people development strategy: You will review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry. You will ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective and develop & arrange the localized training with team & General support for training events.
· Responsible for promotion of the E-leanings: You will promote and market the E-learnings and various training programs. You will be responsible for maintaining and reporting on key learning path on an ongoing basis and translate & proofread for the new e-learning programs.
