The recruited person will play a key role in the development of Maison’s Industrial strategy on Leathergoods, working closely with Costing Coordinator to improve the consumption standards and results. He/she will be involved in continuous improvement projects, acting as the main interlocutor managing relations both with internal teams (Product Development, Technical Team and Industrialization) and external manufacturers.

You will be in charge of:

• Construction of the façon sheet for individual products in the leathergoods category;

• Recording the timing of each production stage (cutting, preparation, assembly etc.) in the workshop or at manufacturers' premises;

• Updating façon sheet on the basis of revisions required by industrialization team;

• Active participating in new product development and process engineering, providing feedback on time recorded and suggesting improvement actions;

• Identifying and implementing of continuous improvement projects;

• 2+ years of experience as Time & Methods/Process Engineer within Fashion& Luxury Industry

• Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or equivalent

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing

• Knowledge of bag-making methods

• Mastery of Excel;

• Good English Level;
