Team Leader

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will act as an Ambassador of the Maison and actively participate to the boutique’s success leading by example. Your strong experience will allow you to engage and coach your team. You will foster the achievement of collective sales goals and ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered. You will embody the Maison’s values and demonstrate a great attitude towards clients, colleagues and team members.

You will look after team & boutique performance, floor supervision, team management & development, client relationship & portfolio development as well as product category.

You are required to have at least 5 years’ experience in retail & services, and boutique experience. 2 to 3 years of management position is a plus.

Having enhanced knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint will be required.
