HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

Our Talent Acquisition professionals are the ambassadors of our Group and Maisons in their respective Markets. As leader of the TA function for the Region, you will make an impact by: 

 

· 
Spearheading the evolution of our regional Talent Acquisition roadmap, leveraging your analytical skills to identify key opportunities to accelerate our function, ensuring we attract the best talent to drive Richemont's future success 

· 
Uniting and empowering our Market Talent Acquisition Partners to detect the best talents ahead of the curve 

· 
Leading, guiding and upskilling your own team of 3 people to support Market needs and ensure we have the best talent acquisition partnership with them 

· 
Planning, anticipating and foreseeing changes in the luxury world, and driving strategic projects accordingly 

· 
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Markets, Functions, etc.) to identify and build talent pools for Key Roles in the organization 

· 
Acting as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership to supply the Region with exceptional talents that will help us define and craft the future of luxury, especially focusing on higher level roles 

· 
Monitoring & directing the employer branding vision & quality for the Region, in line with Group strategy 

· 
Actively contributing to Group projects deployment (Workday, etc.) and being an agent of change 

·

We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals: 

 

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks. 

In this call you will discuss your professional journey, aspirations, and better understand some Market recruitment challenges and opportunities. 

 

2nd Stage – Interview with the Europe Talent Director, and Europe HR Director, your potential future managers! You will present the main suggestions of your Business Case, discuss the vision they have for the TA function in Europe, and how your skills and mindset could contribute to achieving this ambition. 

 

3rd Stage – Interview with the Group Talent Acquisition Director, to gain a long-term perspective on how the TA function supports achieving business strategy, and to share your insights on the future of talent acquisition. 

 

Adaptability is key, we may add one or two other stakeholders to meet on the way!
