Role & Responsibility
• Support end-to-end recruitment operations
• Collaborate and communicates with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate hiring processes
• Manage recruitment channels and job postings
• Build and maintain candidate databases
• Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc recruitment-related processes
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1+ year of HR experience in the retail industry preferred, ideally within an multinational company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of recruitment trends is a plus
• Passion for building a career in HR recruitment within a global organization
