YOUR MISSION:
Manage day-to-day operations in an assigned store. Ensure the achievement of defined commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, new clients, etc.) and the respect of the budget. Contribute to the development of Brand / Maison image and reputation.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Oversee daily operations in the assigned boutique, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Analyze commercial results, providing insights and recommendations on trends to support effective decision-making by managers, ensuring clarity on the implications.
- Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate the team to achieve local business goals.
- Manage the boutique's front end, back end, and sales floor to meet operational sales performance goals.
- Offer expert advice on policy and procedure interpretation and application, resolving queries and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Operate within established financial control systems, tracking budgets and reporting variances to senior colleagues.
- Utilize performance management systems to enhance personal performance or monitor team performance, allocate tasks, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality, contributing to formal performance appraisals.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines, fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Maintain a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education, with substantial experience in managing boutique operations and leading teams to achieve specific outcomes within limited timeframes.
