We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, an aptitude for data interpretation, and excellent communication skills, contributing to the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing sales trends and consumer behavior to support planning optimization.
  • Learn to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Support the identification and proposal of improvement opportunities in logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective communication across the supply chain.
  • Participate in resolving operational and strategic issues related to material flow and supply chain activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and dynamic charts.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), with SAP experience being a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Aptitude for interpreting key indicators and performance metrics.
    • Ability to analyze sales trends and consumer behavior patterns.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal and Attitudinal Skills:
    • Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various organizational levels.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
