YOUR MISSION:

Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to:

• Define and implement a global client service strategy:
  • Ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle-free service journey to our clients.
  • Turn customer service into a competitive advantage.
  • Participate in the client data collection to enhance the Maisons' data strategy.
• Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (22 repair platforms worldwide, boutique workshops, and an external network).

Group RCS department is opening a Project Manager position reporting to the Group Customer Service Projects Director. 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Manage various projects aimed at optimizing the performance of CS platforms and network worldwide, with a focus on technical aspects.
• Drive projects to enhance quality management on CS platforms, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Optimize technical processes on the repair flow, streamlining operations and improving efficiency (e.g., repair model).
• Develop optimized repair processes for jewelry activities.
• Participate in the digitalization of RCS activities, supporting the integration of technology and processes.
• Contribute to fostering a customer-centric mindset, driving innovation and enhancing Richemont's competitive advantage in customer service.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in engineering consulting is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel.
