Job description
Richemont is looking for a Supplier Collaboration Project Manager to support our procurement technology solutions.
As a member of the Excellence team from the Group Procurement department, you will contribue to the successful global implementation and usage of our procurement technology solutions (mostly SAP Ariba) by working with buyers, purchasers, suppliers, Product Owners, as well as our Group Platforms and Group Procurement departments.
This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract , starting on January 1st, 2025.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Within the Excellence team, the Supplier Collaboration Project Manager is reporting to the Supplier Collaboration Senior Manager.
In close relationship with our Group Platforms department, Maisons, Regions, and our Group functions, you will ensure the success of our Procurement products and tools (from source to pay, for direct and indirect goods and services):
· Participate in the design and pre-study phases
· Define, implement, industrialize and communicate deployment plans
· Manage communication and ensure key stakeholders are regularly informed
· Formalize and maintain documentation and translations
· Lead training sessions and webinars
· Supervise and provide support to end-users
· Participate in the new features and capabilities strategy with Product teams and technology providers
· Provide feedback to Product Owners and contribute to the definition of new requirements
· Monitor usage and effectiveness of solution, and propose improvement plan
· Report on progress
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
· You hold a University degree in Engineering
· You have at least 3 years’ experience in projects management and/or support environment for luxury goods
· You are an advanced Microsoft Office user. Although not mandatory, it would also be beneficial to have some experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP R/3
· You are a technology enthusiast and you like challenges with new technologies
· You demonstrate good teamwork as well as the capacity to liaise directly with senior consultants and business stakeholders in a professional manner
· You are able to easily switch from an IT mindset to a business mindset and vice-versa
· You are reliable and responsible with sensitive data
· You have analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
· You are organised, capable of prioritising and delivering results on time
· You are fluent in French and English. Italian or German is a plus
