HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
To provide sound assistance in end-to-end stock control to ensure an efficient and accurate flow of all raw materials and finished goods in and out of the Alfred Dunhill Bespoke Leather department. Supporting the Manufacturing Manager and the wider Bespoke Leather team as required to meet production and quality targets.
Order processing
• Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to meet manufacturing and customer demands
• Follow through the GR and Invoice query flow to complete all purchases.
• Manage price changes and PO amendments
Data handling
• Keeps records up to date and communicates updates to the wider business.
• Stock inventory and in transit goods both on site and in SAP.
Warehousing
• Maintaining stock locations in a tidy and organised manner.
• Point person for courier and freight forwarder queries and bookings.
Workshop
• Issue materials to the leather team as jobs are allocated by the manufacturing manager.
• Proactively move stock from WIP to/from the Warehouse
• Point person for communication and problem solving across both locations (Warehouse and Workshop).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· MSOffice proficiency, strong excel skills are desirable
· Experience working in SAP, desirable
· Analytical skills & attention to detail
· Excellent team player
· Flexible and positive mindset and can-do attitude
· Problem solver, resourceful and pragmatic
