The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus) and a minimum of 10+ years of Marketing and Merchandising experience in a High Jewelry/luxury retail environment. Ability to work independently as well as a in a team, effectively multi-task and have the ability to think strategically and analyze results. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to orchestrate and manage all details required to produce effective product strategies and be able to build a compelling case and convey effectively the specificities of the American audience
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, this role is responsible for orchestrating the Maison product strategy in the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil) in close alignment with the global vision for High Jewelry and Timpiece collections. Guarantor of the product expertise and global alignment, will lead the transversal efforts around product launch introductions, international and regional animations with all other departments (Retail, HJ Development, Supply Chain, Communications). Drawing from sales analysis and deep understanding of market and context, you are a key contributor to the sales objective setting, monitoring and reporting, as well as strategic planning for the Americas region, and provides feedback to headquarters teams.
Skilled with strong leadership, you will inspire and develop a team of product experts. Applying a customer-centric approach, this individual ensures the long term vision to build prooduct expertise is balanced with daily and opportunitistic boutique network support.
In this role, you will:
· Cultivate and implement Marketing strategy for High Jewelry collections in line with global and local business directions
· Collaborate with the International Marketing team on all Marketing aspects and business topics – align with global launch calendar and animation strategy and provide feedback on local adjustment and specificities
· Orchestrate 360 product strategy adapted to local context in collaboration with regional departments (Retail, HJ Development, CRM, Communications, CRM, Supply Chain) to reach business objectives.
· Plan international and local launch activations, support events and animations with product selection and training, ensure balance and adequate support to each product category
· Lead and inspire team of product segment experts in their roles to host trainings, support sales and further their contributions to the business (2 direct Managers of Inventory and Sales, 3 indirect Assistant Managers)
· Participate in the definition and implementation of the strategic plans
· Provide sales, market and trend analysis to help direct and develop local strategies
· Partner with Retail and Supply chain to create and maintain budget and LE projections, including maintaining and aligning SNR, deposit and invoicing plans with annual forecast.
· Ensure that the unique and rare stock is purposefully leveraged to maximize client opportunities and sales potential
· Ensure daily business needs and special events are supported with product information (Picus, Intranet, Price Lists, Event Booklets, Product expertise trainings) and client facing tools
· Long and short term HJ inventory strategy management, to remain dynamic to the needs of an evolving boutique network
· Manage the High Jewelry Marketing team T&E budget

Expected Salary Range- $130,000 - $155,000/yearly.
This role is eligible for a yearly bonus.
