Sales Associate - New Bond Street

Permanent, Full Time 

 

 As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for Vhernier, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable client experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. Your passion for Vhernier, excellent communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be essential to your success. 

 

How will you make an impact? 

·  Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
·  Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
·  Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
·  Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail, hospitality or events
·  Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
·  Be a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
·  Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
