UK Retail Manager
As the UK Retail Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the opening of the Vhernier Bond Street boutique and future Harrods counter. You will be an experienced and dynamic leader responsible for maximizing sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team. Your passion for luxury retail, exceptional client relationship skills, and commitment to brand excellence will be critical to upholding the Vhernier image in the UK market. In the initial phase, you will collaborate closely with the local Project Manager and VHE Store Architecture for the boutique construction.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
Sales Performance:
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both locations.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
· Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds lasting client relationships.
· Drive the development of a strong client book and implement effective CRM strategies.
Team Management:
· Recruit, train, coach, and motivate boutique staff to achieve individual and team goals.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
· Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Operational Efficiency:
· Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Maintain a visually appealing and well-maintained boutique environment.
· Manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Client Relations:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Represent the Vhernier brand with professionalism and integrity.
· Oversee and support the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
