Job description
Our Maisons with a presence in Australia include: Cartier, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels.
We are actively seeking candidates interested in exploring a Sales Associate opportunity within the Richemont group in 2025.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will be instrumental in:
· Providing unique and memorable client experiences
· Achieving individual and team sales targets
· Cultivating long-term client relationships and client loyalty
· Contributing to a positive team spirit by actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life whilst embracing our core values
· Communicating and share any ideas you may have for increasing brand awareness and building relationships with new and existing clients
· Developing operational excellence – mastering in-store tools, following commercial policies and procedures and contributing to stock accuracy and integrity whilst maintaining the boutique to true luxury standards
· Being a proud Maison Ambassador

To contribute to team success, you will have:
· +3 years’ experience in high-end retail, hospitality or service related roles is essential
· A strong understanding of luxury standards and client expectations
· Experience in watch, jewelry and leather goods is beneficial but not essential; a passion for luxury creations and experiences is a must
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
· A self-starter approach with a positive mindset balanced with a strong team spirit
· The ability to be persuasive while offering an amazing client experience.
· Excellent time management and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment, thriving under pressure
· Innovative ideas and never-ending creativity, you will contribute to pushing the boundaries of developing memorable events and client activations
