MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategic Projects
Act as a major contributor to the sales and operations coordination.
Collaborate and/or lead cross-functional mission & Cartier action plan (boutiques, partners) and ensure consistent execution throughout the year
Prepare and manage network projects: BTQ opening, closing, renovation, support pop-up/in events, including preparation of related documents
Collaborate with related departments to lead the projects (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.)
2. Sales Operations support
· Create POs and Returns to HQ (Finished product and POSM)
· Responsible for the full Staff Sales Project, from checking local stock to processing orders and partnering with local logistics to ensure a successful outcome.
· Lead the Fragrance ordering process for Internal Boutiques.
· Partner with PR and Communications team for weekly product consignment requests for Photoshoots and VIPs.
· Check and provide product availabilities to selected partners as well as following through with any firm orders received.
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and facilitating process excellence initiatives.
· Proactively monitor resources to anticipate and avoid shortages on all products categories, sellable (Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Fragrances) and non-sellable (POSM).
· Support the local team in weekly allocations to maximize usage of resources.
· Coordinate rotation of precious and exceptional creations within the network, Internal and External.
